Parents and Alumni of GSA
PARENTS
“As the parent of a GSA student, I have first-hand knowledge of what GSA means to artists who are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to participate. I know the many doors it has opened for my daughter, and I can attest that GSA is truly a life-changing experience! ”
-2010 GSA Parent, Crestwood, KY

ALUMNI
“From my own experience at GSA, I know that you come away as a different person and better artist.”
-Tara Niendam, Drama Alumna, 1994
That’s why Tara supports GSA today. “As an artist, you see the world in a different way,” she says. “I support GSA because it allows talented young people the chance to explore that unique world view through their art, as a part of a community of artists. And for some of these young people, it’s the first time that they feel that they belong, are loved, are appreciated.” Maybe GSA helped you out, too. With over 4,500 GSA alumni, what an amazing difference alumni support can make.
